We flew to Miami in June 2004 with American Airlines via Boston and stayed at the Albion Hotel in South Beach Miami. We flew to Girona from Blackpool on 17 November 2006 with Ryanair. The transfer to Girona is about 20 minutes and it is about EUR20 each way in a taxi. We flew to Moscow on 02 Aug 1996 for 3 nights with Lufthansa via Frankfurt, and had booked into the Aerostar Hotel.
